Negative Reviews:
#1. A dissatisfied client stated that she contacted Kenneth to sell a coin and he was on the phone; she could have waited for him to get off the phone, but he preferred to do it simultaneously. As soon as she handed him her coin, he looked at her as if she was high and told her no, then turned and continued talking on the phone as if she didn’t matter.
She had a lot more coins to show him, but she couldn’t care less about giving him any of her time after that, and the customer also added that if Kenneth is reading this, he should talk to his clients with respect and tell them what he’s interested in. She ended by saying that if something like this happens to you, you should leave this company.
#2. Another dissatisfied customer stated that this company provides the worst customer service. After numerous phone calls and emails inquiring about how to get some coins, he decided not to make any purchases from this place.
The guy who responded to his emails was rude and unprofessional. The client further stated that there is no specialist on coins and that this business will not spend any time with you replying to questions via phone or email. Don’t spend your time with Boston Bullion if you’ve never ordered from them before.
