Eastern Numismatics Reviews and Complaints
One of the customers wrote the complaint that he has an agreement with Eastern Numismatics to exchange some of my coins for others from their collection. The process involved me using my credit cards to purchase the new coins and sending the old ones to the company.
Once they received the coins, they would send me a check for the agreed amount of $31,995. Which I planned to use to pay off my credit cards. The payment was split into two parts, with $25,000 sent immediately and the remaining $6,995 to be sent a week later.
I made purchases totalling $50,935.00 using my credit cards, and so far, I have received $48,100 worth of coins and $25,000 in cash.
Despite contacting the supervisor several times between July 28th and 30th to complain about the missing payment, the issue remains unresolved. The supervisor claimed that there was an email from me with the agreed prices totalling $25,000, but I never sent such an email.
I only had a verbal agreement with the company. The supervisor promised that the company president would contact me to resolve the issue, but I have not heard back from them yet.
